Swansea Conversations is responsible for handling the personal data you submit through this website. We operate independently but in partnership with Waterfront Community Church, who support this outreach initiative by hosting the landing page and sharing their statement of beliefs. Some of our volunteers are members of Waterfront Community Church and assist with responding to enquiries, but all personal data is handled solely by Swansea Conversations.

Your form submission is sent securely to our email inbox hosted by Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf and complies with UK GDPR requirements.
We protect access to this inbox using strong passwords and two‑factor authentication.
- How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide any follow‑up you request, and no longer than 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can request deletion at any time.
- Who we share your information with
We do not share your personal data with third parties except:
- Our email provider (Microsoft), who acts as a data processor
- Authorised volunteers who respond to your enquiry
We do not transfer your data to anyone else.
